The National Data Center is a comprehensive web-based central source for Chapter 13 case and claim data through a single secured Internet web site while taking all necessary steps to protect the privacy interests of debtors.  The information on claims and payments is updated on a nightly basis.

All documents must be uploaded and will not be accepted in any other fashion including email.

Find out if all documents have been received or whether the case will be continued if we do not have the remaining documents more than 14 days before the Meeting.
